These pants are made of light and soft organic cotton. The fit is nice and comfortable. The elastic at the back is soft and connects to the waistband at the front so that the pants fit nicely without being tight.
Vegetable paint
The slow fashion label Sunbird is based in New Delhi and works with hand weavers in Tamil Nadu who color the cotton themselves with vegetable dye. These pants are colored with, among other things, myrobalan (a tree fruit).
