This royal silk velvet cloak drapes beautifully around your body and is suitable for all sizes. For small sizes but certainly also for if you are a size bigger. The silk fabric is woven like velvet. And so the brilliance of the colors is beautiful and always different in different light. The motifs are traditional Ajrak motifs and printed with wooden stamps. Velvet

Velvet is woven on a special loom using 'rods'. It is a labour-intensive process in which rods make loops from the fluff (the pile) of the silk that is woven with it. The loops can be cut open at will with a knife or not. The effect is beautiful in both cases: the colors light up, depending on the light.
