This skirt has a very clever cut. The fabric drapes elegantly in any size. Because of the cut, the fabric stretches a bit so you have full freedom of movement. Tighten your skirt with a waistband.The back of the waistband is elastic as well.

A fantastic red color that goes well with white and blue. The skirt is ankle-length for women of an average height (approximately between 1.65 and 1.70 meters).

Upasana social enterprise

The skirt was designed by Uma, fashion designer and founder of the clothing label Upasana. The design studio is located in Auroville, a special enclave near Pondicherry in South India. Auroville is a community where residents from all over the world have settled. There are 170 social enterprises that provide employment to more than 5000 people from villages in the area. Upasana is one of those social enterprises.
